Part Description: The header vent plug is used to release low pressure build up that may occur in a closed system utilizing selector valves or check valves. The header vent plug should also be installed on the cylinder sides of the check valves on both main and reserve systems to relieve any pressure that may leak past the check valve and accidentally actuate the reserve system while the main system is discharging.
