Requirement :

  • Minimum bachelor degree from reputable University
  • Preferably to have 2 years’ experience in same position, fresh graduate with internship is welcome.
  • Fluent English Conversation (Written & Spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particulary Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities :

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, text, daily mails, hotline service, social media, business WhatsApp, & sending package.
  • Serve customers in answering asked by customer and provide information quickly and accurately using a polite & friendly communication style.
  • Able to handle customer complaint.
  • Coordinate with sales team to handle the related documents received.
  • Sales administration and provide support to sales activities. Maintain tracking of incoming sales, monitoring product and service and its delivery to customer
  • Coordinate order processing and shipment of goods, coordinate with logistic dept, purchasing dept, and courier service.
  • Handle company marketplaces / online store product placement, and product updates.
  • Perform administrative office task and operational division function.
