The WRX W 150-660 HD is a heavy-duty single-stage horizontal centrifugal pump, built by Düchting Pumpen in Hagen, Germany, and delivered as a turn-key diesel skid for open-pit mine dewatering by PT ODG, Düchting’s authorised distributor in Indonesia.

The unit is engineered as a direct bolt-on alternative for existing 400-class diesel-skid installations — same operating envelope, same footprint, in- country wet-end stock, and a 30–50% lifecycle cost advantage on abrasive coal-water and acidic process-water duties. Suited to coal, nickel laterite, copper-gold, quarrying, water transfer and emergency dewatering applications across Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Sumatra, Maluku and Nusa Tenggara.

Ready stock in Jakarta Indonesia, precision German pump engineering with approximately 90 years manufacturing experience. Type WRXW is a pump with robust highly wear and chemical resistant dewatering centrifugal pump for high flow and high head. Born out of our toughest dredge pump.

  • Pumping abrasive and corrosive liquids in various metallurgy (stainless steel, duplex, super duplex). Particle size 50mm.
  • Shaft sealing by self-greasing packing design for dry running.
  • Grease packed bearings allow inclined installation.  No need for problematic oil-bearing pumps
  • Compact and flexible pump design allows easy change out of most leading brand pumps at site
  • Available as wet end change out or as a finished diesel or electric pump skid. Pontoon options are available
  • Electric motor pump skids/pontoons are available with a low voltage Variable Speed Drives VSD or with medium voltage VSD.
  • Advanced German technology and design of medium voltage VSD equipment allows placement of Motor Control Centres outside of an active mine pit with up to 2200m of MV cable without additional filters
